The second half brought offensive struggles to both teams as they both shot roughly 34%. They held a 37 point lead early in the fourth quarter but the Explorers caught fire outscoring the Colonials 25-16.

Jonquel Jones put up her 14th double double of the season with 13 points, 16 rebounds with 7 of those boards on the offensive end. Lauren Chase had a near double double with 10 points while dishing out 8 assists. DaLacy Anderson led all bench players with 10 points on 5-7 shooting.
